From climate-controlled tack rooms and private lockers to stall mattresses, wash bays, and full-service care (including feed, forage, and exercise rides when needed), every detail is handled so you don’t have to.

  • We coordinate farrier, vaccine, and dentist days with our team of handpicked professionals (these will be the same professionals the owners use for their personal horses)
  • Staff living on-site, with continuous eye on behavior patterns and normal routines, so that any abnormal behaviors or pattersn in your horse can be detected early.

Prestige Platinum Experience
Lux Signature Collection

2,250 / month

All of the Luxe Signature Collection plus:

  • Private Riding time: Ability to book up to 4 hours / month of private riding time in the arena.*
  • 1 complimentary therapy treatment per week of your choice for your horse.
  • Show up and Rise - simply give us 24 hours' notice, and we can have your horse tacked up and be ready to cool it down or untack for you when you're short on time.
  • Exercise rides per month (4 total) - for the times you can't get to the barn, you're traveling for work or on vacation. One of our trainers, knowledgable in your discipline, will ride/exercise. your horse for you.
  • Mid-day feeding if requested or required by the equine partner.
  • Use of 2H trailer for shows, vet appointments or hauling to your trainer.
  • Transportation to 7 Oaks when you move in.
  • On-site trailer parking

* Time must be booked no less than 10 days in advance and rescheduled 48 hours in advance, or it's not credited back.

  • Full care and premium feed with unlimited grazing in the irrigated paddocks that are seeded/fertilized twice annually.
  • Private tack locker with personal outlet and ample room for your saddle, tack, and additional grooming supplies provided in the climate-controlled tack room.
  • A personal stall inside the fully insulated barn, complete with Stable Comfort stall mattress and fire suppression, ensuring the utmost safety for your equine partner.
  • Discounted rate on private and group lessons to you and your immediate family (ie, spouse/children).
  • (2) Exercise rides a month - for the times you can't get to the barn, you're traveling for work or on vacation. One of our trainers, knowledgeable in your discipline, will ride/exercise your horse for you.
  • Complimentary snacks and treats (fresh apples and carrots) for your horse.
  • Discount on private transportation of your horse if the need/time arises.
  • Discounted rate for hosting your own private event at 7 Oaks.

Full board features daily turnout, premium feed, stall cleaning, blanketing, and full amenity access. Extra care available.

Are vaccinations required for horses?

All horses need current core vaccinations and a negative Coggins test. Contact us for the full requirements.
